From a key automotive part to a factory with next-generation production lines: the story of Golden Bearing.
Company introduction
Talaeie Daran Kavir Zavareh Co. was founded in 1395 (2016/17) to produce one of a car's strategic and key spare parts. After market research and consultation with the country's carmakers, the company decided to build an engine-bearing factory.
Because bearing production is sensitive and complex, negotiations were held with the world's largest manufacturer of bearing production lines, so that the latest generation of fully automatic bearing machinery, together with its know-how and technology, could be purchased and brought into the country.
After the machinery was installed and commissioned by specialists, Phase 1 of the factory went into operation in 1399 (2020/21). With a capacity of 18 million fixed and moving bearings for gasoline-engine vehicles, it stands on about 21,000 square metres of land in Ardestan county, in the Zavareh industrial zone, and its products reached the market under the brand name “Golden Bearing”.
Phase 2, with a capacity of 15 million bearings for diesel vehicles, went into operation in 1403 (2024/25); by producing diesel-vehicle bearings, the company also announced its presence in the heavy spare-parts market.
As a young and growing company, Golden Bearing has always put sustainable development first, and to that end it has begun a determined effort to bring in the newest technology and the most up-to-date bearing-production know-how.
