Registered in the factory's system
The code is linked to real production. Compare the product name and the dispatch date with the box in your hand.
Many earlier checks
A genuine code is normally checked once or twice. If it has been checked many times, the label may have been copied onto other boxes; please contact the factory's support.
Code not found, or not linked to a product
First check the digits. If they are right and the answer is the same, keep the box and contact us.
Activate the warranty on the same page
After purchase you can activate the box's warranty with the same code: enter your name and mobile number and six months of warranty start that day. The check page shows the activation deadline for each box.
Warranty activation is available to customers in Iran and needs an Iranian mobile number.
